Synat studio
From a garage to the world

In the studio, Synat mainly uses hardware synthesizers, and the gear arsenal has grown significantly over the years. All devices are connected via MIDI and controlled through a Windows-based Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), where Synat has been a long-term user of Cakewalk. The current hardware lineup includes:
- Yamaha: SY-22, Motif, CS1x, and the DJX (a recent, unconventional addition)
- Roland: FA-06, D-20, MT-32
- Korg: WaveStation EX and the superb new analog-modeling Multi/Poly
- Other synths: Waldorf Blofeld, Novation KS, Alesis Micron (x2), Emu Longboard, Casio CT-S1000V, and Behringer Pro-800
- Vintage gear: An old Panda electric organ
Audio signals and insertion effects are managed using three Behringer mixers across 46 channels. The accompanying photo also showcases some of the studio's mixing, FX, and MIDI equipment.
(And yes! There is some *GAS* involved.)
